You can request permanent account deletion from the app or this website. You do not need to reinstall the app.
- Sign in with the account you want deleted.
- Open Account & privacy. In the iPhone app, open More → Account & privacy.
- Open Delete account, review the effect on your records and subscriptions, then type DELETE MY ACCOUNT and confirm the request.
What happens next
CrateRWD reviews and processes the request within 30 days. Your personal Home, files and sign-in identity are included. Shared business records may need ownership transfer or a retention review before completion. We will explain any records that must be kept and confirm completion; submitting a request alone does not mean all data has already been removed.
Cancel web, App Store or Google Play subscriptions separately before erasure. Removing an account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Export any records and download original files you need first. Local captures, saved house plans, exports and device backups need separate deletion on your devices.
Backups and retained deletion records
Older recovery backups expire according to their storage lifecycle. A minimal private closed-account registry retains an opaque sign-in identifier, hashed email reference, workspace identifiers and deletion dates to prevent restoring deleted accounts into active use. It is not a customer profile or active account.
If you cannot sign in, contact admin@craterwd.com from your account email and ask for account deletion. We may need to verify ownership. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
