Items and capture drafts
Choose Home or Business. Capture an item, review its name, quantity and barcode, then save a local draft. Open Captures → your draft → Add to cloud inventory to review the destination and confirm a cloud save. A local draft is not stock until saved to an account. An interrupted save keeps its reference for a safe retry.
Business inventory and returns
Add inventory and customers before dispatching. Hires & returns records a dispatch and its due date. Record the quantity physically returned, including partial returns. The server checks available stock and preserves movement history.
Your Home
Create a Home, add rooms/storage, then place items in those spaces. The free Home allows 50 unique item records. Paid upgrades are not connected in this release. Reminders are saved records; automatic notifications and two-way calendar sync are not enabled.
Account and data
Native app: More → Account & privacy offers sign-out, record export and account deletion requests. A JSON record export does not contain all original file bytes. Keep a copy of important files separately. Deleting the app removes local captures; it does not delete cloud records or cancel subscriptions.
Availability
This is the connected development release. Internet is required for account workflows. Stripe billing is deferred. If an action fails, keep your draft and retry rather than creating a replacement record. Contact us if a save reference remains unresolved.
